Payment

Payment methods

• Card payment — Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed on the secure payment page of our acquiring bank, JSC «Universal Bank» (monobank). Payments are protected by 3-D Secure.
• Bank transfer (IBAN) — after placing the order you receive our bank details on the confirmation page and by email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch the order once the payment has been credited to our account. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days.

Currencies

Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and in euro (EUR). You choose the currency with the switch at the top of the page; you pay in the currency shown at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees.

Prices

All prices are final consumer prices. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you place the order.

Security

We never see or store your card details: they are entered only on the bank's payment page, which complies with PCI DSS.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used: to the same card for card payments, or to your bank account for bank transfers. See Returns & Refunds.
