1. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (of the last item, if the order is delivered in several parcels).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [seller_name], [seller_address], support@eyurvedic-eu.com — of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough that you send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Exception: sealed goods

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (foods, herbs, oils, hydrosols, cosmetics) that have been unsealed after delivery. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned.

3. Returning the goods

Please send the goods back to [return_address] without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you told us about your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at support@eyurvedic-eu.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the product or refund you, including the return shipping cost. Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract (legal guarantee) remain unaffected; please report a defect as soon as you notice it.
