Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and scope

These Terms and Conditions are a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of Ukraine and govern all sales made through eyurvedic-eu.com (the "Shop"). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms. These Terms apply to consumers and to business customers; where a provision applies only to consumers, this is stated.

2. Products and information

• We sell natural foods and spices, herbal infusions, cold-pressed oils, cosmetics and aromatic raw materials. Natural products may vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture between batches.
• Product information is provided for general information. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before use.
• Pictures are illustrations; the product description is decisive.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the Shop is not a binding offer. When you click "Order with obligation to pay" you make a binding order. We confirm receipt of the order by email; the contract is concluded with this confirmation (for card payments: with successful authorisation of the payment). We may decline an order, for example if the product is unavailable; any payment already made is then refunded immediately. The contract language is English. We store the order data; you can view your order through the link in the confirmation email.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in UAH and EUR. The price and currency shown at checkout when you place the order apply. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is placed.
• Payment by card (Visa, Mastercard) via the payment page of JSC «Universal Bank» (monobank), or by bank transfer to our IBAN. Details: see Payment.
• For bank transfers, the order is dispatched after the payment is credited. Orders not paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
• For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the goods are handed over to the consumer or to a person they have named (not when they are handed to the carrier).

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions and the model withdrawal form are in Returns & Refunds.

7. Conformity and complaints

The statutory rules for goods that do not conform to the contract apply. Send complaints to support@eyurvedic-eu.com; we answer within 14 days.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. We are not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions. Mandatory consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms for future orders. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
